These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Apex RV Repair website (apexrvrepair.com) and our mobile RV repair services throughout Florida. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Apex RV Repair provides mobile recreational vehicle repair services across Florida. Our services include but are not limited to AC and heating repair, plumbing, electrical, solar installation, slide out repair, roof repair, appliance service, awning service, interior renovation, exterior repair, water damage restoration, leveling and jack systems, generator service, LP gas systems, winterization, pre-purchase inspections, and locks and security.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

2. Service Estimates and Pricing

We provide phone estimates before scheduling and on-site quotes before beginning any work. The final price may vary from initial estimates if the scope of work changes after on-site diagnosis. No work begins without the customer's verbal or written approval of the quoted price.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and select digital payment methods.

3. Warranty

All repairs performed by Apex RV Repair come with a satisfaction guarantee. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our labor is warranted for the duration of the part warranty period.

Warranty claims must be reported to us within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification after our repair.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their RV and the service needed
• Ensuring safe access to the RV at the service location
• Being present or designating an authorized representative during service
• Providing timely notice if a scheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled

5. Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee on future bookings.

6. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your RV that are not related to the service we performed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex RV Repair, its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, except where caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
